AVF Ecomount All in One TV Mount with AV Shelving

I brought this product like a week ago and was totally unhappy with what I had received. I received something that did not match to what had been advertised on this website. Product had massive scratches and having paid [$] I was totally unhappy. I phoned customer service several times and I was told that somebody will get in touch with me after they have asked the warehouse on what product they had dispatched. Its almost been 2 weeks now and still nobody has phoned me. I also sent an email to store manager along with pictures of the product and as you may have guessed I still haven't heard anything from them. I have just lost my [$] on something that I don't like at all. I am writing this review to petty much just warn you. I have also attached pictures of the product that I had received so have a look at them and then decide for yourself if this is something you would want
