Bathroom Ceiling LightsWelcome to our range of bathroom ceiling lights. Our aim is to give you the greatest choice so that you can get your bathroom lighting right. Bathroom ceiling lights are built to different water ingress standards as reflected by their IP rating. Zone 0 is the area inside the bath or shower itself or any area which is going to get jets of water, and requires IP67 or greater. Zone 1 is the area above the bath or shower, up to 2.25m above the floor. Bathroom ceiling lights in this area require IP44 as well as a residual current device. Zone 2 is the area within 60cm of the bath or basin, where bathroom lighting should be splashproof, and again should be IP44. Outside these areas is classed as Zone 3 and bathroom ceiling lights do not require IP ratings.
