Exactly what it says! We use it in the oven and on the microwave - our hob is an induction hob and I haven't managed to find a mat for it yet. It cooks wonderful food, is reasonably spacious if you cook for 2 or 3 and is decorative too. |

Lovely quality, not as big as you think The product looks lovely, I must admit I thought it would be big enough for 4 portions but in reality it was overflowing with two. If you want to cook on the hob with it, then purchasing a heat defuser is probably worthwhile. |
