Little bit fiddly to put together and had to use own allen key for better grip on the screw. Agree with other reviews, it is easier to put the backs on first then then sides. Nothing wrong with the disassembled product which was delivered on schedule and proved (eventually) to be as described. However packaging was held together with sticking tape (Sellotape) and contained no assembly instructions - so it was impossible to check contents. These circumstances prompted the thought that this had been a returned item which had been resold without proper process. Contacted Wayfair through chat room access (no telephone number available) and arrangements were made to forward instructions by email. This wasted more than 30 minutes of courteous but sporadic chat room exchanges. Two days later the instructions arrived (twice) by email (presumably Wayfair released my email address to seller without specific authorisation). When received it was apparent that the delivered contents were complete and indeed had contained 1 additional screw. The assembly instructions were pictorial and ratherunclear. The unwieldy nature of the disassembled product really demanded two people at certain points and advice of approach would have been helpful if not essential. All this for someone not unfamiliar or inexperienced with basic construction processes. Nothing too technical - just awkward and potentially confusing without some helpful guidance and certainly would have been very challenging without any assembly instructions. Love the chair! Construction was relatively easy although some pieces were incorrectly labelled which meant it wouldn’t go together initially but I got there in the end!
