I’m really pleased with the bedside drawers and they fit in with the rest of my bedroom furniture nicely

This transaction was the worst experience Ive ever had when buying on the internet. I love Wayfare and their products but for a while I thought Id never buy from them again. The issue went on for months. I wont go into detail as it would take a week to write but eventually, this week 762021, after nearly 5 months I received the replacement set of damaged drawers I had purchased. To cut a long story short, everytime you contact Wayfare you get a different customer representative, so their is never continuity and they dont bother to delve into the history of your issue. You get a different story from each one and different instructions on what to do. It was the most frustrating and stressful experience ever. It would have been one star, or none had it not been for someones perseverance and ability to listen to what I said eventually.it was a catalogue of mistakes and all by Wayfare despite them trying to blame me. Anyway, the drawers are here, theyre built and they look really nice. Thank you, whoever it was who finally listened. It saved Wayfare from me bad mouthing it and never shopping there again.

This is just what I needed. Easy to put together too!
