Firstly, delivered very promptly and sensibly packed - arrived in perfect condition. Quality fine and excellent value for money. Washed it, used it immediately to poach a rainbow trout exactly an inch under its length (that's a big fish; weighed over five pounds on the bank when I caught it). Brought it slowly to the boil, let it shake/simmer for two minutes, let it cool a little, took it out and drained it (the trivet is a doddle to use). Nothing short of delicious. I catch a lot of fish around this size, small salmon, good sea-trout, sea-bass and others. There's no better way to preserve a fish's flavour than to poach it. Plus it's really a lazy man's way to cook. Highly recommended.
