Designed by Niki Sala in 1979 the Le Pentole classic modern cooking system is still one of the most beautiful ranges of stainless steel cookware 100% Made in Italy. Its functional pre-eminence lies in the precious 3-layer basis (stainless steel + copper + magnetic steel) with copper and silver alloy heart that ensures maximum heat conductivity and cuts down on energy consuption. The tightly fitting lids which nestle closely into the gently curved pan rims prevent evaporation and allow food to be steam-cooked almost without fats or oil. For maximum heat efficiency pans and steamers can also be built up in tiers, the lids are interchangeables and is suitable for all types of cooker including induction. Le Pentole are pans for real cooks and their solid construction will give a lifetime’s wear.
