Has details like curled metal, ornate handles, marble tops, etc. Classical design, usually wooden and polished. Often made from woods such as mahogany, cherry and oak. Rustic:
Furniture is reminiscent of country living. Always wooden, either stained, oiled or unfinished. Usually but not always in pine or light oak finishes. Often quite sturdy, plain & focused on function. These pieces look like they have been inspired by nature.
