A review by a pressure-cooker-virgin....
Product Review
I use it, so far, just for casseroles. Being new to pressure cooking it will take me time to be fully conversant with all of its uses. These are the things I like about it.....the 6 litre capacity - great for large gatherings; the instructions are clear and concise - I like the step-by-step approach (very important for someone new to pressure cooking); the results are impressive - quick and excellent cooking in 20 minutes instead of two hours! I would have liked a see-through lid though - I like to see how things are getting on and the urge to take off the lid and give a stir is enormous! The cooker was given to me as a Christmas present. I didn't think I needed one; how wrong I was!

Stainless steel is so good to cook in. The pressure cooker is so easy to use and to keep clean. Wonderful for making soups and a competitive price for stainless steel.

perfect for people cooking for one

worst features are the wire frame that supports the trivet tray. Tray can fall on its side. Older model had a separate support tray which i retained and now use again, and handels of the trivet make removing the food and dividers very awkward. Best features are quality of manufacture and energy saving.
