Limited movement
Product Review
These were billed as omni directional. They are not. all they do is rotate in an upper or lower arc, depending upon whether you have the bulb set above the horizontal power wires or below, as the design does not allow movement past the wires. Most disappointingly they only move in one plane, not 2 as seemed described.
