Top Gourmet Cutting Surfaces create premium grade boards with all the benefits of both wood and plastic boards. Made from environmentally friendly natural wood fibre from sustainable forests, these NSF Approved boards are knife friendly, non-porous and do not harbour bacteria, stains or odours. Extremely durable, maintenance-free, temperature resistant to 170ºC and dishwasher safe. The boards are both ideal as presentation surfaces when serving and are easy to store either hanging or in a cupboard due to their slim profiles.

TopGouremt Mills feature mechanisms by Cilio of Germany. These superb mechanisms are stainless steel for grinding pepper and high quality ceramic for salt, and offer a long life and a high degree of grinding comfort. Precise adjustment between fine and coarse can be made using the selector in the base of the mill.
