I was apprehensive about buying this mattress as it was in the sale and one of the less expensive available. Pleasantly surprised however as this is well made, thicker than expected and comfortable; it's not too firm and not too soft. I intend to purchase another. The only reason I didn't give the full five stars was because there was a delay with delivery and two days turned into two weeks. This is by far the comfiest mattress I’ve ever owned. Can’t believe the price! We stayed in a hotel shortly after getting this mattress and I can happily say ours is way comfier! Lovely mattress, super comfortable to sleep on,love the look of it with grey fabric on new bed as well,but disappointed with the delivery time came a week later. Nothing to say about delivery people very nice and very happy to please, they delivered it the mattress to the bedroom door in the house . I got a dormeo mattress topper about a month ago, that opened my eyes to the possibility of living with less back and hip pain, after a month of hardcore research i pulled the trigger and got this to go on my new small double bed and I've not woke up with a throbbing hip since, I'm not saying I'm cured (i wish) but quality of life is 10x better sleeping on the correct mattress, the people saying it's softer upside down or etc obviously expected a cloud like experience, this is for people who know what a bad back is and need a premium mattress, but even better still, it's a quarter of the price of the big named brands..
