I’m really pleased with this orthopaedic mattress. You have to wait 48 hours for the harmless scent to dissipate in a well ventilated room so my first night on it was last night. Im 34 with all over rheumatoid arthritis and straight away my joints could feel how supportive it was. Even my hips & spine felt better aligned. In terms of firmness I’d say it’s on the firmer end of the medium-firm scale but this is what I needed to take pressure off my joints, particularly as a side sleeper and on my shoulders. I’ve also noticed today I woke up with no tension in my neck which genuinely hasn’t happened in many years. In terms of depth, I’m glad I went for a deeper mattress than my last one as I found sitting up and getting out of bed this morning was that bit easier. I’m really optimistic it will stand the test of time but the 10 year warranty (which is fantastic as when researching I noticed most offer a year or two) gives me great peace of mind. Price wise I’m very impressed. I’d highly recommend this mattress to anyone with a musculoskeletal condition whose a side sleeper and needs a lot of boxes ticked.. Samantha. Bought two for my sons bunk beds - I've slept on them for a night and find them comfortable, but a little too soft for an adult. The 2 arrived at the same time but are different both in the cover design and also thickness, albeit a small difference. One is definitely firmer than the other, but both comfortable for me. I was apprehensive about buying this mattress as it was in the sale and one of the less expensive available. Pleasantly surprised however as this is well made, thicker than expected and comfortable; it's not too firm and not too soft. I intend to purchase another. The only reason I didn't give the full five stars was because there was a delay with delivery and two days turned into two weeks. Lovely mattress, super comfortable to sleep on,love the look of it with grey fabric on new bed as well,but disappointed with the delivery time came a week later. Nothing to say about delivery people very nice and very happy to please, they delivered it the mattress to the bedroom door in the house .
