We ordered three of these seats for a meeting room. They were easy enough to assemble, ten minuets each. The faux suede is pleasing, looks durable. The woodwork relies on the 'varnish' to have a good appearance, I think it would scratch easily. One of the chairs legs had a big wood knot in it and the wood has a serious split/crack as a result. So I now have the bother of getting this replaced. The seats are a very good size for bigger people and appear to be comfortable enough to sit in for a good while. Generally I think they are value for money and good enough quality for the price, faults aside. I have given 4* ignoring the fault. If the wood finish was more durable they would score more. P.S. The damaged seat was replaced after making a call direct to the help-line and I am now a fully satisfied client.. David Richard. . 2023-09-16 18:38:22
