Works well. Easy to use. I chose this slow cooker because it did really well in the Which reviews, especially their energy efficiency score, and it has a very reasonable price tag. If you struggle to lift heavy things, you might need an alternative as the dish is a heavy ceramic that you need to lift out to wash. I havent given 5 stars for two reasons firstly, although it looks very posh at a distance, the plastic fittings do look a bit cheap close up (but then it is a cheap slow cooker) and secondly, the manufacturers packaging includes polystyrene, which many manufacturers have stopped using for environmental reasons. I’ve used a slow cooker for years and have two a large family size and also a 32 litre size. My smaller one has died and I’ve replaced with this.
