Bring a taste of striking, contemporary style to the traditional afternoon tea party with this Clear Glass Infuser Teapot from Argon Tableware. Just as with home brew coffee, the art of infusing one's own loose-leaf tea is a trend that continues to gather steam - this pot has been designed specifically with this purpose in mind, coming equipped with a sleek, stainless steel infusion chamber that allows you to perfectly brew your favourite Oolong, Rooibos or Chai Tea in the comfort of your own home. Crafted from borosilicate glass, these teapots offer far higher heat resistance than standard glass, while the distinctive shape offers the perfect environment in which to steep your tea. The heat of the liquid is focused as it rises up the chamber, creating a smooth convection current throughout the entire body of water to ensure an even temperature. The angled spout rises from the base of the teapot, ensuring the strongest flavour is poured first, while in turn letting the most diluted water mingle as the liquid passes through, ensuring a smoother, more consistent flavour throughout. The transparent design allows you to witness the motion and colour of the brewing process first-hand - a great theatrical showpiece for any home, that also lets you judge immediately when your tea has reached your preferred level of intensity. When the party's over, the infusion chamber can be removed for easy cleaning (Hand Wash recommended). With a variety of shapes and sizes available, whatever your taste, the Argon Tableware range of Clear Glass Infuser Teapots is sure to satisfy.

Add a touch of culture to your tea-making with the beautiful teapot perfect for any discerning tea lover. Cast iron is renowned for its ability to evenly distribute heat for a more flavourful cup of tea, making every hot drink a delicious one. Featuring a mesh infuser insert, this gives you the freedom to brew your favorite loose tea or use tea bags. The traditional hobnail effect and over-arching handle create an elegant addition to any tabletop. To ensure you get the most out of this, rinse out with boiling water, clean, and dry after each use. With roots reaching as far back as the 17th century, the Tetsubin has stood the test of time, and today remains an integral part of the tea lover's kitchen. During the 17th and 18th centuries, cast iron teapots were placed over an open charcoal fire to keep water warm, which was believed to slowly release iron into the water, providing drinkers with a dietary source. This, combined with sophisticated intricate designs, led to huge popularity which remains to this very day.

  • Overall: 13.5cm H x 13.3cm W x 7.5cm D
  • Overall Product Weight: 1.5kg
  • Material: Cast Iron

A beautiful little tea pot, I love the weight of it. I also love the way you can boil the water in the teapot and it works on any hob. I have induction. The mesh filter inside is very useful I boiled the water in it and then added my green tea leaves to the pot, no tea strainer needed. A friend saw it and immediately ordered one for themselves,.
