The stills arrived as advised, and overall they are exactly as described. However one had a small scratch on the leg and one had a small rip in the fabric. Great chairs for the money and relatively easy to assemble. Nice rich green colour (darker than pictures). Absolute bonus having a hole in the back of the chairs so the crumbs can just fall straight through. This would be a 5 star review, except I had very poor customer service from Wayfair. The order was purchased as in stock, but then they stuck me on back order without informing me. Once I was finally given a delivery date, they failed to despatch them in time and once agin failed to inform me prior to the delay. I did try to contact customer service asking why I wasn't informed as to the delays and they were unable to answer the question. Just the usual automated response saying "sorry you are unhappy, do you want a refund?". I think Wayfair need to work on that if they want future custom from customers..
