Looks nice enough after it’s assembled. Took two of us an hour to assemble it, incredibly fiddly job and the instructions aren’t the clearest. Can’t fault it. We have always had a higher than average bed frame and although this was around 5 inches smaller in height than our other bed frame it is perfect. Not too high and definitely not a low bed frame. Only negative corners are sharp so will get some corner guards apart from that does the job. - easy to assemble - looked a bit flimsy but is strong - does not squeek even with mattress - under storage -fair price - only available in black which is a shame I would have happily paid a bit extra for same frame in white.. This bed looks lovely set up in our room and seems sturdy enough for us ! At the price we paid of £160 , you really can't go wrong! We needed a bed fast for when we moved into our new home and this seemed perfect ! Husband found it easy to put together and managed by himself ! No problem at all with delivery and arrived on the day and within the time stated ! Never bought from wayfair before but since this purchase we have also bought a matress! Slightly disconcerted that the bed delivered had instructions for a Lucinda Platform bed, but it's exactly the same as the Mirabella: a simple and classy design. It arrived very well packaged. I was lucky that my delivery man kindly offered to bring the parcel up 2 flights of stairs (it was pretty heavy) even though it should have been just a doorstep delivery (thank you Craig). The bed is really straightforward to put together and the instructions are clear (there are even extra screws). I assembled the double bed frame on my own despite the recommendation of team assembly. I assembled it upside down, turning it over before putting the slats in place. All the screw holes aligned perfectly, which was SO satisfying and made it feel like such a high quality bed. A surprising and very nice touch is the Velcro to hold the slats in position at the right distance apart. The Velcro is very 'sticky' so I would recommend placing each end slat over its centre dowel (in the frame) first and then spreading out the slats towards the head and foot of the bed. The non-slip tape is also a good idea to stop the mattress shifting since there is no headboard.
