Absolutely loved the reversible design, but regrettably the prominent green was totally incompatible with the green of my wallpaper so had to return the bedspread and request a refund. .... Aided by Dean in Customer Services, the whole return process was swiftly and efficiently handled: his friendly and calm manner more than made up for the £10 returns charge incurred. ... Hang onto him Wayfair, he's an asset to your Company!!!
