Our mission during the COVID-19 crisis
In the face of the COVID-19 crisis, our customers in the UK are navigating a ‘new normal’ where staying at home has never been more important. Brick-and-mortar businesses are closed, but customers still need household essentials. Wayfair is striving to quickly and safely deliver mattresses, bedding, sheets, towels, cookware, outdoor goods and home office items, ensuring that customers and their families are suitably equipped to follow government advice during the pandemic. Wayfair’s newly launched ‘Happy at Home’ campaign aims to also offer customers support and advice on the best ways to reconfigure and organise their spaces for productivity, comfort and wellbeing.
