The floor is T&G and the roof is solid sheet OSB. The summerhouse is treated with a dip-treated honey brown basecoat preservative ready for you to topcoat immediately after installation. This could be paint or stain. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of the delivery day, you will also receive live tracking information. Assembly instructions and mineral roof felt are included. This summerhouse needs a solid base to sit on, flat and level to a sufficient size.
