So pleased with this purchase. It took a while to assemble and does need four people as per instructions but it looks great and it feels sturdy. Good, strong and sturdy product. Came well packaged in a single very large crate. Recommend painting prior to assembly. Requires two person assembly. Assembly instructions reasonable and suggest allowing approx. 4 hours if this is your first time. Reasonable high quality battery drill required to get necessary torque for screw insertion - I used electric driven tools. There are only one group of pre-drilled holes in woodwork, but this did not cause a problem. The arbour is an ideal product for entertaining family and friends. Complete with a fixed corner table big enough for drinks and a bite to eat. The slatted roof gives shade or shelter and the open panels on both sides make it feel airy and bright.

Arbor is good but delivery was terrible, first time they tried to deliver they didn’t turn up, and we waited in all day , bank holiday Monday, we had guests. Excuse , they run out of petrol! Second time they tried to deliver, the arbour had come out of its packaging, and would I k ow what the pieces were, so I told them not to deliver, and we reordered, third time they delivered, it was not in packaging they said they had to unpack it to fit van.. This seat fits in very nicely into my garden scheme and provides lots of storage for garden tools, fertilisers etc. I was intending to store seat cushions in it but it is not 100% waterproof. The gaps between the seat panels allow water in. The items comes in a large wooden crate that is not easy to dismantle and the delivery men do not take it away. A bit of a pain to dispose of. Took my husband around 4 hours to build this (3 hours in evening then finished off in the morning). He did have lots of problems as he had to cut/trim pieces of the wood to fit and the roof fell off at one point and badly bruised his toe :( Now that it's up it does look lovely, but it's a good job he's a bit of a DIYer with lots of tools as he would still be building it now lol - I would have given it 5 stars however we realised after our purchase that we could have bought it cheaper from another site :(. Delivered on time, well wrapped, easily unpacked. Does need 2 people to assemble it. Instructions were easy to follow but do need to warn people that the roof has to slope correctly before screwing - it would be easy to have slats running up hill. There were a couple of screws missing but not a problem as I have loads. It took about an hour and a half to complete, we put it in position before fixing the roof as the unit was already very heavy - suggest instructions emphasise this fact. It now looks stunning - just like the picture and we sat on the seat to have coffee in the sun - bliss! A great purchase. Thinking about a second one for the wood at the bottom of the garden.. Lynda.
