Great product, works well. Instructions non-existent, hence the 4 star. Also the Evri delivery was a nightmare. First notified it was due on a Wed so I arranged to be home, then got a message it was going to be the next day so I had to change things around. I'm out Wed and then get a message and a call saying they are outside my house. I was on my way home but they said they couldn't wait. Brilliant little compact unit, excellent at keeping my kitchen-diner living room cool during the extreme heat, my dog is very happy. Great quick free delivery too. Only negative is the exhaust hose is not long enough to reach over my kitchen sink to the window from the unit being placed on the floor,due to my kitchen configuration, but easily reached by placing on kitchen worktop..
