Just purchased a lovely garden sofa set from Wayfair. We are really pleased with it, the furniture is really good quality and exactly as described. The customer service was excellent, very good communications and super quick delivery. Would highly recommend this company.

The furniture set is good quality, well packed. The assembly instructions could be clearer. It was a HUGE disappointment that the items were so late being delivered and not available for an important family gathering. The feedback was very poor and I think we would still be waiting had we not contacted you after seeing it was still being sold and that were 8 left in stock. Hugely frustrating for us. I am looking to purchase another 880 litre storage box and I would be much happier if you were to offer a 25% discount on the price I paid for it, as a gesture of goodwill. Thanks and regards

Ordered this 6th August. 5 defective parts. I agreed to new parts . Promised those then replacement. Delayed for weeks. Impossible to get any progress for request full refund on entire order £:1,159.97pd so far £:864 received. Nightmare to deal with. I'll be shopping elsewhere !
