Firstly Wayfair is a third party seller. This product is available at a lower price online, via the original seller. There is no point paying the extra £50, as it will be sent from them, by the courier everyone moans about - XDP. Realising this I tried to cancel the order within a few hours of ordering, but was told, as it was with the courier, it would cost me £20 to cancel! I hadn’t even got the item yet! After a few disappoint email exchanges, I accepted the item would have to be sent via Wayfair. So I lost £20! It was supposed to arrive on the Thursday, but randomly turned up on the Monday. No 2 hour window warning as promised. The courier didn’t seem to understand my surprise. Early is good yes So you have been warned . XDP are pretty useless. Having said this, the item looks good. However as shown in the picture, it arrived with damage. I have received a part refund for thus , and Wayfair were good in offering this part refund. So that’s a little positive. The bed was simple to put together, as looks as shown in the pictures. I find it firmer than my old frame, but hopefully with some use, it will soften up. I wanted an industrial look for my 11 yr old sons bedroom and it doesn’t disappoint. Good price compared to similar ones online and in the furniture shops and easy to assemble. Makes an instant impact. Love it!
