My husband tried this out in a bed store decided he needed one. Night 1 he was less enthusiastic as it was so firm but he’s hoping based on other reviews that it will soften a little soon. soften soften

The pillow is way too high and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. To make things worse, there is no free return option, so I’m stuck paying to send back something that doesn’t work at all. Very disappointing. I won’t be buying from this website again.
