Absolutely disgusted this pillow is flat as pancake and it doesn’t even fill the cushion it’s sewn into total waste of money. Won’t buy from wayfair again if that’s their standard of goods

Pillow arrived very mis-shaped, there appears to be a split in the middle and it is bumpy. I left it open for two days to 'bounce out' but it is just the same. Need to return, really disappointed with whole wayfair service as was also awaiting a fan to be delivered at the same time - no delivery and received an email stating it was delayed and I can expect on 2nd February (it is August).

Love this pillow. Supportive but really soft as well. Not particularly good quality pillowcases which come with it - if you don’t want something see-through and of rough material, you might want to get another couple of pillowcases rather than relying on the ones that come with this. Shame really, it would almost be better for them not to include them as it slightly let’s down the overall package.
