Good design, poor quality materials. Product Review Had to get a replacement part since the pre-drilled holes were wrong. Not a great start considering these parts aren't small to keep hanging around whilst you have to take another day off work for delivery. Not only that but nearly all wooden elements had some kind of scratch or chip, most minor but you wouldn't accept it if you bought from a shop. Felt replacement parts would just be the same so didn't want to take the risk of taking another day off. On the positive side - the unit is a good design and holds ample av equipment. Rare to find nowadays - if I'd have found the design in a shop rather than flat pack, I'd have chosen that. Service Review Replacement part was delivered promptly and customer service was good from Atacama (the manufacturer). |
