Disappointed as when ordered, the description for this item stated 12000 BTU. However, the item delivered was infact the 9000 BTU model. Contacted Wayfair to arrange a replacement for the correct item and was assured this would be checked prior to resending. Waited in all day for order only for the same model to be delivered (9000 BTU model). Due travelling, I was unable to arrange a return and have decided to keep the item. First notified it was due on a Wed so I arranged to be home, then got a message it was going to be the next day so I had to change things around.
