This is a powerful Air conditioner highly recommend!

Look nice on the picture but very big box and need to keep the door or windows open all the time .but gives very good cold.for medium space

I was given a date for delivery so I bought this unit in a heat wave as I have someone at home who was struggling. I was given a date 25/6/26 and only got it 29/6/26 once the heat wave was over. It was sent to the delivery company 2nd class so there was no rush to deliver except for us. Way fair support is really good and they listened to me. The unit seems great but delivery was very bad

Works as described. The provided window mount is very convenient for hanging the outdoor unit on the window. I recommend checking the manual to understand its parts to see if it will work for you. The umbilical is a bit stiff and hard to manoeuvre. As it's in 2 parts, it's difficult to move by yourself too.
