Absolutely brilliant and sitting comfortably in my lounge whilst it is 29 degrees outside. The second machine I purchased was for my neighbour whose husband had been admitted to hospital during the last heatwave. They are loving their new machine also. I have a list of colleagues also that are waiting for new stock to arrive.

This is a short term review as I only had the product for 3 weeks now. I just managed to use the product extensively during this week's heatwave and it works perfectly. The window kit is not useful for my roof windows so I had to make a kit from cardboard. It cools down my 25 sqm room in the matter of minutes and it can easily keep it cool. I haven't set the temp under 27C and it is cool in my room. I hope it will prove itself in the long term. I definitely recommend.

A must in this hotel weather love it

This air conditioner is exactly what I needed! The quality is outstanding, and it works perfectly. Shipping was fast, and it arrived exactly as described on their website. Worth every penny—highly recommend!

Product seems good so far but waiting for a hot day to fully test. Shame the window kit isn't good for casement windows which are most common in UK. However, this is probably the case for most window kits sold with portable units. Good looking unit, powerful for the money, would buy again.
