Satisfied except would have liked more movement in the back rest

This chair has many adjustments but I've found it very difficult to get any comfortable set-up. Often I stand up with an ache in my neck. It might just be a bad fit for me or for my desk, but there are a few more annoyances that seem to be a matter of build quality, such the armrests that are loosely fixed so knock around when you touch then, and a slight wobble at the chair base. I'm not sure how much you have to spend for a decent office chair, but I was hoping for better here. The cushioning seems fine, at least.

Really pleased with this chair. However can’t give it 5 stars because it was a bit of a nightmare to put together. Fixing the seat to the chair back needed to be a contortionist! Made harder due to weight of the seat. However, after turning the air blue we did succeed and now very happy with the chair.
