How Will My Order be Delivered?
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong
relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by
a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. When your order ships, we will notify you
via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on
the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual
with the progress of the shipment. You can also track your packages via My Account. To learn how, please see
"Tracking Packages."
Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.
We have Three methods of shipment available:
Small Parcel
Our products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as DHL or UPS. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number when the
product is despatched. The package will usually be delivered the next day, but you can track the progress on the web by clicking on
the link in your email.
Larger Parcel
Larger products, but those that do not need specialist handling will be sent by courier used to handling these larger products.
You will receive an email from us with a tracking number when the product is despatched. The package will usually be delivered
the next working day, although it will take 3 days for the Highlands & Islands. If you have any queries you can call our customer
service.
Two Man Deliveries
The largest and heaviest items will be delivered by this service. This service sends a fully trained and equipped two man delivery
team to your residence who then bring the product(s) inside to the room of your choice. When your product is ready, you will be
contacted by phone to arrange a delivery by our logistics company. In addition, the crew will phone when they are en route.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed
and prepared for dispatch at the warehouse. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses
all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be dispatched
the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 weeks). Each product page on our site
includes the estimated Lead Time, "Dispatched within ________ ," to give you an idea on how quickly your order will leave the warehouse.
For shipments by couriers, delivery will usually take between 1 to 3 business days after your order is picked up from the warehouse.
Truck freight deliveries usually take 3-10 business days after your order leaves the warehouse. However, you will be contacted for
a delivery appointment so the lead time will depend on the delivery date you set with our carrier.

If you have more than one order that has shipped, select the specific order on the next page that you’d like to track items
from. If the items you’d like to track have been shipped, the tracking information will be displayed for you here.

Items marked FREE DELIVERY! on the product page will ship for free! In order to keep your costs
down and our pricing simple, we either provide free delivery or, in certain cases, charge delivery per item. This charge, if any,
is indicated in your Shopping Basket and covers standard, ground delivery to Mainland UK. Certain extended UK areas may be
applicable to further delivery charges. These locations include but are not limited to: Northern Ireland, Grampians, Highlands,
Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. For further information regarding shipping charges to these

Exclusions: Certain products do carry shipping charges per item or per order amount.
The total delivery charge, if any, will be detailed in the shopping basket prior to checkout. The most you will pay for delivery is £19.99.
This applies to bunk beds, bedroom sets and china cabinets.
Order Amount for promotional shipping doesn't include, and offer doesn't apply to, gift cards, bulk orders, applicable shipping
charges, international fees, or sales tax. Some items have specific shipping charges and are not eligible towards the qualifying
amount for the reduced shipping rates or free shipping. Other eligible item(s) in your cart at time of checkout will still count
towards the qualifying total.
We keep it simple–our pricing is straightforward and all-inclusive, which saves you time and energy.
Shipping To Multiple Addresses
We want to save you time, so we offer you the ability to send products to more than one address within one order.
It is easy to send your order to multiple addresses. For each item you add to your Shopping Cart you can select a recipient.
You can also change a recipient during Checkout. Simply enter an address for each recipient, or select an address from your
Address Book.
You can even change the shipping address of an item after your order has been placed, by logging into My Account. To learn how to
change a shipping address of an item or order, please see "Changing My Shipping Address"

that have already shipped out of the warehouse.)
