The item arrived in good order, well packaged, assembly is nothing is nothing to worry about (5 minutes). Looks great. Only problem ..... it is unusable . If you are a wee person under, under 165 cm (5 ft 6in ) it is great. I am 185 cm (6 ft 2in) and I can’t sit in the chair. Beautiful sofa very sturdy easily put together I didn’t originally ordered this one but after Wayfair failure of delivering my original order I had to change to this one , since 11th May I placed my order only received it on 17th July , customer service was very helpful I couldn’t have asked for a better service from them , I would definitely recommend this sofa easy recline very comfortable my family enjoying after being without for weeks .. thank you Wayfair ...
