An easy to use website. Delivery was good, but 24 hours later than advertised. The bench came well packaged and was fairly easy to put together on my own. I would just say that the rope used is not as smooth as it looks in the picture. But all in all, it is well made and not very expensive to use as an end of bed bench for clothes & shoes.. Anonymous.
