The walls are shiplap boards over 34 mm square framing. It complies with BS EN 71, the safety standard and carries the CE mark. The door has a full-length safety hinge and it is glazed with acrylic. It is finished in a honey brown basecoat treatment ready for you to paint or stain on installation. The roof is OSB and the floor is T&G. The painted model shown is for illustration only. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

Perfect size for my 4 year old! My 6 year old loves it as well but might be too big for it by the time he is 7. Overall great product and perfect size for our backyard.
