This Hermle clock features a high polished burl wood walnut finish case with glass door and glass side panels. Inside there's a Hermle 8-day mechanical movement which plays 4/4 Westminster chime and strikes on the hour. The clock also features a white dial with Roman numerals and a swinging pendulum with time adjustment. There's also night-time shut and chime deactivation levers.

I purchased this clock to replace a similar one which belonged to my mother and it was about 100 year old but the main spring went. I am happy to say that this clock functions perfectly, in a similar manner to the old one, and was very easy to calibrate against the radio controlled one I have.
