The package arrived late and there was damage to the boards, which I didn’t fully appreciate during assembly. When I finished it, I noticed it properly and reported the issue, only to be told they are blaming me for the damage because I should have seen it earlier. As the pictures show, this is not damage from assembly, but customer support chose to claim it must have been (or could have been) from assembly so they won’t do anything. This Aura Shelf Bracket is easy to install, they're made from steel and can be installed at any height to customise your storage.
