The 16" edge inset electric fire has all the features you could wish for 1 & 2 kW heat output settings, remote control operation, contemporary metal fascia, and 75mm inset rebate making flat-to-wall installation possible in the majority of marble and timber surrounds, not to mentions a beautiful soothing flame effect.

The inset fire is very stylish and slim, so that it fits the space and quiet in operation so just what we wanted. I would have given 5 stars but we did have to wait from ordering on 31st October until delivery on 17th November with no information other than ‘item is delayed’ I telephoned at the end of last week and that seemed to speed up the process. Also there is a scratch on the glass front of the fire, not noticeable unless you get up close. However, I assume the good discount was because the item isn’t perfect and I would have preferred to be told and be given the option to purchase a fire in perfect condition. All good with the product. With 1 of the product that I received today. but I’m 1000% disappointed with wayfair. I ordered this fire place to arrived with 2to3 days and ready passed 20 days and I received 1 fire place today. All time that I contacted them is all the same lies. So I’m still waiting 1 product to arrives this should be arrived together and it isn’t arrive. Just arrived 1 today if wayfair and partner sales don’t have compromise with your client I have with my so I need finish my works in time and if they tell the truth in the first time that I contact them I was ordered from other place and my problem was sorted..
