Overall happy with the purchase, looks great and is extremely practical for having a n extra bed in a small space. One thing I would be wary of is that it’s quite tricky to assemble and you need to make sure you are able to attach well to a wall (at the very least to the studs). The instructions for assembly aren’t very clear when it comes to installing the mechanisms and springs. Also the delivery wasn’t great - the company delivered later than the expected date and refused to bring the boxes up one flight of stairs in the apartment building. I appreciate the current COVID restrictions, however leaving it in the hallway on the first floor is not much different to leaving it in the hallway on the ground floor w.r.t entering the building. Absolute trash. Avoid. The finish was appalling, scuffs and scrapes everywhere. The dowels that were supplied were either too small or the pre-drilled holes were too big so they provided no strength whatsoever. Nothing lined up. Pre-drilled holes were all out of alignment so when it came to screwing bed panes down, the screws missed their mark and spilt the wood on the other side. For £699 I would have expected a LOT better.
