The porcelain door knob is beautifully made and finished, part of the Spira Brass range. The porcelain range represents the highest quality available in both construction and finish. The subtle antique finish is offset by the ivory crackle porcelain. This is an unsprung door knob, and therefore we recommend that it is fitted with a double-sprung tubular latch. As with all doorknobs, we recommend this doorknob is used with a longer tubular latch, ideally with a minimum length of 104mm (82mm backset) to avoid scraped knuckles on the door frame.

bought 2 packs of these. Very poor quality.had to get 1 pack replaced and most of those were as bad too. I made the items fit with some alterations and modifications. Would not recomed. Anonymous. Mon Nov 18 2024
