The floor is not included but can be purchased extra for the closed part of the house.

Tampa is a model with a modern design that, when combined with a carden house and shelters with different sizes, is a particulary parctical and multi-functional choice. This garden house is suitable for both- storage and a lounge. The shelter provides a shade from the sun and rain or extra storage space for barbecue equipment and firewood. The house set includes all details needed for installation: wall details, roof beams/boards/moldings, opening fillings and fasteners. Floor and roofing felt are not included.

I ordered this product in March with an expected delivery date of 20th May. It has not been delivered yet - these things happen but Wayfair have taken absolutely no responsibility in finding out when it will be delivered from the warehouse. They have told me I need to chase the delivery date, given me a number to call myself directly. I've called this number several times and left messages - there is never an answer and no one has responded. When I asked Wayfair to do the chasing to confirm the delivery I was told they can only email and they take forever to respond. Really poor customer service, the item was paid for in full in March. If you plan to buy an item like this contact some local suppliers to where you live and go direct. I have no idea when the item will be delivered and apparently no way of chasing the information. There is zero customer service from Wayfair. I will not make any further purchases from this company. Wibo is a practical garden house with a gable roof. It is perfect to stand next to a cottage or a residential house and it is good for storing both firewood and garden supplies. A little less than 3m long open shelter is a great place to have a summer barbecue even with the rainy weather. The closed part of the garden house has a partial plexiglass door which lets in some light but provides privacy. The set includes a floor and it is possible to purchase additional roofing material (shingles or felt).
