Very happy with this. It's for my mum who is waiting for a hip replacement. This is firm enough to give her the support she needs but soft enough to be comfortable and is a god height for her to get up from. The operation of lowering the back into the different positions is a bit noisy but incredibly easy to use. The only assembly was to screw the legs on. It's lightweight and easy to move if needed and the colour was better than expected as it looked darker on the website. Overall she is very happy with it and looking forward to not having to climb the stairs to go to bed. Good looking chaise lounge for an affordable price. It was delivered well before the due date. The company that delivered it has an amazing tracking system which is way better than the well known delivery companies out there. The chaise itself looks good just as in the photos but is not very comfortable to lie on but for the cheap price, I wasn't expecting anything great.
