First of all 5 stars and more to Wayfair especially to Lucy in customer services for sorting out the issues we had with the summer house.
Summer house arrived on time.
Good communication from the delivery company regarding emails and text messages - no problems until we started to check the package.
So due to the issues we had I am only giving the summer house 3 stars at a push simply for the quality of the summerhouse. Sadly the workmanship is a little poor, nails either too far in creating holes for you to fill with wood filler, or nails that need an hammer to tap in but not all can be tapped in due to how near the nails are to the windows. (Windows are perspex and not glass). Nails sticking out here there and everywhere.
Arrived with some parts damaged,
1 x window dropped out as it wasnt nailed in (nails missing).
Bits of wood broken and cracked which we managed to sort.
Instructions are pretty poor but we are skilled people so we did work it out eventually.
Panels arrived with nails in wrong places or nails cracking the wood nails also where they shouldn't be so had to be cut off using a dremel (couldn't hammer them back out due to the angle they had been put in during the manufacturing process).
We bought extra sanding sheets and wood filler before painting it.
The reason we didn't send it back was due to the fact we do actually love it and it was the correct and perfect size for our small garden.
Took roughly 3 to 4 hours to put up and took around 3 coats of paint over a few days.
Rang Wayfair and supplied them with plenty of photos of the damages and flaws.
