It works great but the cooling setting is loud. Probably best used to cool the room for later. The exhaust hose gets warm too. The instructions could be better explained on how to fit the hose and drainage pipe, hence the 4 stars. Oh and it's really heavy. Anonymous. Fri May 01 2026
