Edit: They replaced the item for us and it works wonderfully. The bent bar of the previous one really affected how items sat in the shelf, so very happy with the replacement. One bar on the lower shelf was bent upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. Item also arrived later than the rest of the items in the order, which was generally fine (except when the item is slightly damaged). Otherwise, the caddy works well for our shower.. Anonymous.
