I ordered this unit and 3.weeks later it still hadn't arrived, I contacted customer service on Sat night and a replacement arrived Monday morning. The instructions are slightly vague in some parts but I managed to work it out and I'm not the handiest of people. It's pretty solid when it's built properly so overall I'm pretty happy with it..
