A big hit with the granddaughters. The beds are very well made so relatively easy to assemble and feel solid enough to last for a long time. The under-bed storage is really useful for extra bedding.

Although the bunk beds once built look lovely we had a lot of trouble with them. Firstly the wooden slats are supposed to be pre-drilled, they were not & we had to drill through every one of them for all three beds. The trundle when built was the same width as the beds & therefore it would not fit underneath. Fortunately I had employed a carpenter to build the beds for me & he had to cut the trundle down to size. Which has cost me a lot of money, very disappointing & if you expect to build them yourself & having these problems you would be unable to complete them!

Terrible - came 2 months later, no compensation and ontop of that the product was broken!!! crapp company, never again

The instructions provided weren't the best, but common sense meant that the bed was fairly straightforward to put together. However, each bed has pre-painted and stapled battens, yet they provide unpainted battens that you are instructed to attach yourself with six 3.5cm screws, that the slats sit on. Very strange that these are not pre-painted and fixed during the manufacturer process. Theses unpainted battens failed on the first use of the bed and had to be glued and replaced, using 4cm screws and a lot more than six on each bed. Whilst this is frustrating, it has left us with the worry that the beds could fail again and cause an injury, especially if the top bunk was to fail.
