Beautiful and solid. The drawers slide.

Where do I start? Ordered this bed last week. Pictures looked great. Just what we were looking for, for our girls. Delivery was terrible. Delivered box 1 and forgot to deliver box 2 so had to wait another day for box 2 (after phoning up to ask about it). Most of the white wood came chipped or scraped. Some of the screw bits didn't fit so we had to work a bit to get them to fit for the screws to be able to catch and go through. The slats to hold the mattresses is far from sturdy. We had our 8 year old daughter go in to the top bunk while dad held onto her and the slats were starting to break due to no proper support down the middle of the slats. Let's not forget about the 'drawers' - slide doors, not drawers as was described. One of ours came completely snapped so can not be used. On top of that, the space for the doors to be able to slide was half filled with what seemed to be hard glue so the doors wouldn't have fitted anyway. Dad had to go along it with a sanding tool to scrape away all the glue. Also the handles for the doors came chipped. Awaiting an email for replacement of the snapped door and will hopefully hear more in regards to the lack of safety put into it. Had to use the sturdy slats from girls old beds to make sure the girls will be safe in bed. Absolutely disgraceful and I would not recommend this bed to anyone that is looking for a nice sturdy bunk bed without any hassle. Very badly made product.

Delivery a bit naff, given I got a msg that she had accepted it, and she had no idea where it was at all! After she found it, her husband took it upstairs to their 2nd floor flat and they duly checked for parts and read instructions. It took a few hours to build, and the results are excellent. After which the two adults checked out the safety aspect by laying in the bunks! The two children are delighted with them and it frees space up in the room.

It’s strong and it’s a lovely bunk bed.My children enjoyed that so much .My baby who is nearly 4 normally want to sleep on my bed with me.Now she is soundly sleeping at her bed by herself.Really happy with that.
