Delivery arrived quickly, and my mom was very happy to receive it as a gift for her 94th birthday. When she uses the chair, there are generally no problems. Maybe on the first day it was a bit difficult for her to control the brakes. She also has reduced sensitivity in her fingers, but that’s not a major issue. The biggest problem for me is safety. If the pavement is uneven, the wheelchair tips forward. If I hadn’t fastened her seatbelt, she could have been seriously injured. This is very concering Honestly, the quality is good for the price. I expected a much worst product. :)For appearance, folding, and suitability for an elderly person, I would rate it 10 out of 10.
